PROJECT: GAS SERVICE STATION WASTEWATER TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL UPGRADING USING A CONSTRUCTED WETLAND

DESCRIPTION: The original disposal system for a service station and adjacent home had failed due to impervious nature of native soils. The upgrade consisted of secondary treatment, constructed wetland and disposal mound. The discharge permit is for a flow of 4.5 m3/d.
ROLE: Prime consultant and permit discharge negotiations.
