| DESCRIPTION: This is an ecologically sensitive site. The 55 m3/d treatment plant consists of a septic tank, equalization, a multi-cell extended aeration activated sludge process, secondary clarifier, effluent subsurface flow wetland and infiltration bed. The renovated water is collected by a subsurface interceptor trench and discharged to a storm sewer. Works included creek diversion around the site. |
