DESCRIPTION: Assessment of existing wastewater treatment plant condition and operation, recommendations for process modifications and design of plant modifications. Treatment plant receives intermittent loading from cruise ship passengers and can go several weeks without ships visiting due to bad weather. Process modifications provided a treatment process capable of operating under these conditions.
